We keep your registration data while your account is open. After you close an account, we retain only what Indian financial regulations require us to keep. Everything beyond that mandatory window is deleted on a rolling schedule.

Third-Party Sharing

Your data is shared only with payment processors (UPI rails, Paytm, PhonePe gateways) and fraud-prevention services, solely to complete your transaction. These partners are bound by their own privacy obligations and cannot use your data for any other purpose.

Your Data Rights

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. Submit requests via the contact paths on this page and we will respond within 30 days.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and country of residence at registration. Once you make a deposit, we also receive a payment reference from your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transaction — but not your full banking credentials.

Payment references are encrypted at rest and accessible only to staff who process disputes or withdrawals. We do not store your full UPI VPA or Paytm wallet PIN — only the anonymised transaction ID returned by the payment gateway after your deposit clears.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through our live chat or privacy email and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where Indian financial law requires us to retain certain transaction records for a fixed statutory period.
